Local Storages

The administrator can create and manage local storage for saving video files. Users can use them to store video footage from CCTV cameras, similar to storages like AWS S3 or ICDC S3.

The concept of local storage means storing video files directly on the server.

Interface​

The page interface is presented in the form of a table with available local storages and information on them.

  1. Name.
  2. Storage type.
  3. URL - path to the folder (for local storage).
  4. Date of creation.

Adding local storage​

To add local storage you need to:

  1. Click on the add button at the top of the page.
  2. Write the name of the storage.
  3. Specify the path to the folder.

  1. Click the Create button.

Once local storage is added, it will be available for use by all users.

Deleting local storage​

To delete local storage, you must click on the button with the corresponding icon.

In the modal window that opens, confirm deleting the storage.

Deleting local storage entails deleting all video files it contains.
